Maruti Suzuki has recently launched its new flagship product, the Invicto MPV, in India. The base Zeta+ trim of the Invicto is priced at Rs 24.79 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). The vehicle is offered in two trims: Zeta+ and Alpha+, and it comes in two seating configurations.

In terms of design, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto shares similarities with the Hycross model. It features a distinctive grille with a slightly different mesh and two thick, horizontal chrome slats extending into the headlights. The headlights themselves showcase Nexa's three-block signature daytime running lamps. The front bumper and faux skid plates also have a unique design. The profile of the Invicto is similar to the Hycross, except for the 17-inch alloy wheels, which have a different design. At the rear, the Invicto displays Nexa's three-block design in the tail-lights, and overall, the Invicto and Hycross have a similar appearance.

In terms of dimensions, the Invicto measures 4,755mm in length, 1,850mm in width, and 1,795mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,850mm, making it comparable to the Innova Hycross.

The Maruti Suzuki Invicto MPV is available in different variants with the following ex-showroom prices:

  • Zeta Plus (7 seater): Rs. 24.79 lakh
  • Zeta Plus (8 seater): Rs. 24.84 lakh
  • Alpha Plus (7 seater): Rs. 28.42 lakh

Under the hood, the Invicto is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 172bhp and 188Nm of torque. It also offers a hybrid motor that generates an additional 11bhp and 206Nm of torque. The Invicto comes equipped with an e-CVT transmission as standard and boasts a fuel efficiency figure of 24.3kmpl.

Moving to the interior, the Invicto MPV offers a range of features including a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, captain seats for the second row, and a powered tailgate. Copper inserts on the center console and door pads, automatic climate control, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as ventilated and powered front seats, enhance the overall comfort and convenience. Safety features of the Invicto include front and rear parking sensors, an electric parking brake, a 360-degree camera, and six airbags as standard.
