Aero Plaza Project Is Being Halted In Court Due To Fraud Allegations
Mohali, Feb 12, 2023: The future of the Aero Plaza project in Mohali's Aerocity is uncertain due to the court's stay order. After a case of cheating and fraud was filed against the promoters, M/s Shudh Gold, the court's stay order (dated February 7, 2023) went into effect.
According to the information, M/s Shudh Gold, a partnership company represented by Sanjeev Mittal and others, selling 10% of its share to Vijay Kumar Goel and Gaurav Goel of Perfect Estate, who was awarded the 5 Acres Commercial Site, Block G (now marketed as Aero Plaza), Aerocity Mohali. The company has its office at SCO 1-A,B, C, Sector 66A, Mohali.
When the Goels discovered that Shudh Gold was continuing to try to sell or enter into an agreement to sell for the abovementioned property in order to seize their 10% part, they accused the promoters of deceit, fraud, and misappropriation. Vijay Kumar Goel declared, "This is actually illegal, unlawful, and amounts to cheating, fraud, and misappropriation."
Goel also issued a public notice warning people "not to deal with the said property until the above-mentioned proceedings are resolved" and that "any such person entering into agreement in reference to the said property/commercial units, shall be doing so at his own personal risk and financial losses."
