The Vision Pro boasts custom computing chips and advanced displays, making it a formidable competitor. Analysts predict its features could pose a threat to nearly every large two-dimensional screen at home or work. Collaboration with Walt Disney has been crucial, with Disney+ launching an app for the Vision Pro, offering immersive experiences for popular films like "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" and "Avengers: Endgame."

Disney Entertainment's CTO, Aaron LaBerge, expressed excitement about the new storytelling possibilities, indicating a shift in how narratives can be presented. Jay Wright, CEO of Campfire, a startup specializing in software for collaborative 3D file work using headsets, views the Vision Pro as a new computing platform, akin to what follows the Mac rather than the iPhone. Overall, the Apple Vision Pro has the potential to reshape how people experience entertainment and work-related tasks, blending reality and digital content in a way that distinguishes it from existing market offerings.
