We witnessed one of the biggest humiliations in Premier League history as Arsenal rattled Chelsea 5-0 at the Emirates.. Former Chelsea player Kai Havertz added fuel to the fire as he scored a brace in the demolition of Chelsea. Leandro Trossard opened the scoring for the Gunners just 4 minutes in with a clinical finish and took his goal tally to 10 in the 23–24 season of the Premier League.

The first was signaling an end-to-end encounter between these two historic rivals, but the performance Arsenal put up in the second half made it completely one-sided. Both Kai Havertz and Ben White scored a brace of their own to lead Arsenal to a triumphant victory in the London Derby.
This win is a statement that Arsenal are not done yet, and they will challenge for the title until the very end.

This emphatic victory will serve as a confidence boost for the Gunners, who just returned to winning ways against Wolves after losing two back-to-back games against Aston Villa and Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.
Their stellar performance also took them to the top of the table, as they stand 3 points clear of Liverpool and 4 points clear of the defending champions of the Premier League, Manchester City.

The spotlight on this enthralling title race now turns to Liverpool and Manchester City.
Liverpool will face Everton in a Merseyside derby before Manchester City takes on Brighton. Manchester City have two games in hand right now, and victories in both of them will lead them to the top. This is an important point to keep in mind.

Chelsea, on the other hand, had to absorb another blow in this already punishing season. This 5-0 loss is Chelsea's heaviest defeat in the London derby since 1986. It looked like Chelsea would show some improvement during the season, but after their final loss in the Carabao Cup against Liverpool and a semi-final loss in the FA Cup against Manchester City, they will go trophyless in two back-to-back seasons.

They currently sit in the 9th spot in the Premier League after playing 32 matches. As we approach the end of the season, it is safe to say that Chelsea will most certainly miss qualifying for any European competition. This loss will be a bitter pill to swallow for the Chelsea players and fans, as it came against their biggest rivals. Arsenal, on the other hand, is looking fully equipped to win the league title after a drought of 20 long years.
