Blue Star Limited has launched a new comprehensive range of ACs, including a 'best-in-class affordable' range and a 'flagship premium' range for the summer season. The company has launched nearly 75 models across the spectrum of the inverter, fixed speed, and window ACs, catering to every consumer segment and price point. The company has also deployed a Total Cost Management (TCM) program to maximize efficiency across the entire cost-value chain to achieve cost leadership.
Blue Star Climatech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Star Limited, has set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sri City. The new automated and smart factory is equipped with the latest automation techniques and tools for its assembly line and material handling, among others, and has extensively deployed a slew of initiatives toward IoT and digitization. The plant will enable efficient logistics management for the company by ensuring speedy movement and containing costs, and benefit the local communities in and around its vicinity.
Blue Star, a leading air conditioning company, offers a wide range of flagship models to cater to various consumer needs. These models include ‘Super Energy-Efficient ACs,’ ‘Heavy-Duty ACs,’ ‘Smart ACs,’ ‘ACs with Hot & Cold Technology,’ and ‘ACs with Anti-Microbial Filters.’
The ‘Super Energy-Efficient ACs’ utilize Dynamic Drive Technology, which optimizes cooling and air flow volumes to achieve enhanced energy efficiency. With an impressive 5.41 ISEER rating, these ACs are over 40% more energy efficient than 3-star inverter ACs.
For extreme temperatures during peak summers, the ‘Heavy-Duty ACs’ are designed with superior specifications to deliver faster cooling and comfort even at 56°C. These ACs also offer a powerful air throw of up to 50 feet and a 4-way swing.
The ‘Smart Inverter Split ACs’ comes equipped with unique features such as Customised Sleep, which allows users to preset temperature, fan speed, and on/off functions for a 12-hour period.
