Bodybuilding, Physique Championship And National Powerlifting Championship Organized, Manoj Tiwari Urges Girls To Participate In Sports
Panchkula, 27 May 2023: The inaugural Body Building Physique Championship, and National Powerlifting Championship, organized by The Bold Nation and Chandigarh Physique Alliance, commenced at the Indradhanush Auditorium in Chandigarh. Manoj Tiwari, a BJP MP, popular Bhojpuri singer, and actor, graced the event as the chief guest.
In his address, Tiwari expressed his delight in being in Chandigarh and emphasized the importance of sports. As an athlete himself, he highlighted the significance of staying away from drug addiction and encouraged the youth to adopt a healthy lifestyle. He also stressed the participation of girls in sports, stating that it is essential to eliminate gender discrimination.
Bollywood and Pollywood actor Sachin Rishi, along with Celebrity Cricket League player Rajeev Rishi, praised the championship and commended the nationwide participation of the youth. They emphasized the need for maintaining good health by staying away from drugs and prioritizing fitness. They shared their own commitment to leading a drug-free and fitness-oriented lifestyle.
Atinder Jeet Singh, the Head of Chandigarh Physique Alliance, expressed his vision of spreading the message of a "Drug-free Haryana" through this championship and expressed their commitment to organizing similar events in the future.
The championship witnessed the enthusiastic participation of talented youngsters and experienced athletes in various categories, including Powerlifting, Strongman Alliance, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Women's Bikini Round, Women's Physique Round, and Star categories. The winners were honored with medals and trophies.
Prominent figures such as Hemant Angreesh, President of NPC Worldwide India and Powerlifting and Strongman Alliance, Jasdeep Singh, Sanjeev Chawla, Parveen Narang Bunty, Ankur Hastir, and Sahil Dhingra graced the event alongside Tiwari.
