French automaker Citroen has expanded its electric vehicle lineup in India with the introduction of the eC3 Shine variant. The electric hatchback is now available in three distinct trims: Live, Feel, and the newly added Shine. Let's delve into the details of the variations and trims offered.

Specifications

  • Battery and Range: The Citroen eC3 is equipped with a 29.2 kWh battery pack. It boasts an ARAI-certified range of 320 kilometers on a single charge, providing users with a practical and efficient electric driving experience.

  • Performance: The electric motor of the eC3 can generate a maximum power of 57 PS and a peak torque of 143 Nm. With a swift acceleration, the eC3 can go from 0 to 60 kmph in just 6.8 seconds. The vehicle achieves a maximum speed of 107 kmph.

  • Charging Capability: The Citroen eC3 supports DC fast charging, allowing the EV to recharge from 10 to 80 percent in approximately 57 minutes. For a full charge using a 15A power socket, it takes around 10.5 hours.

  • Live and Feel Variants: The eC3 was initially introduced in India with the Live and Feel variants. These trims come with a range of standard features, offering buyers a well-equipped electric vehicle.

  • Shine Variant: The latest addition to the lineup is the Shine variant, positioned as the top-tier model. Priced between Rs 13.19 lakh and Rs 13.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the Shine variant brings several enhancements. Notable features include electrically adjustable ORVMs, a rear parking camera, 15-inch diamond-cut alloys, front and rear skid plates, rear wiper and washer, rear defogger, and a leatherette steering wheel. The Shine variant also includes the MyCitroen Connect app, offering 35 smart connectivity features.
