The Global Middas Foundation (GMF), in collaboration with Arihant Hospital located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, has introduced a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing free healthcare services to individuals associated with Gurdwara Sahibs across India, including Singh Sabha Gurdwaras. This charitable endeavor, known as the healthcare langar sewa, offers significant benefits to committee management, Dharam Pracharaks, staff, and their families.

Sardar Inder Preet Singh, the founder of GMF, announced that this joint effort would provide a healthcare card that grants up to a 50% discount and priority access to various medical services. This includes tests, treatments, and surgeries for conditions such as cancer, cataracts, heart attacks, IVF, as well as critical healthcare services. Additionally, a 20% discount is offered for kidney transplant and dialysis procedures. These benefits are accessible at the Arihant Hospital facilities in Dehradun and Chamoli.

Dr. Abhishek Jain, the Founder of Arihant Hospital, has wholeheartedly embraced this proposal and pledged support for the initiative. Furthermore, members of the Gurdwara committee, Dharam Pracharaks, sewadars, katha vachaks, granthi sahibhans, employees, and their families can avail themselves of these benefits.

This healthcare card can be obtained through various channels, including the GMF Facebook page, dedicated helpline numbers, the Sadda Khirda Punjab YouTube channel, and the Arihant Hospital website. GMF has also communicated with prominent Sikh organizations such as SGPC, HGPC, DSGMC, Hemkund Sahib Management, and all five Takht Sahibs to spread awareness about this healthcare langar sewa.

The primary objective of this initiative is to make charitable, affordable, and timely healthcare services readily available to all those engaged in selfless service at the Guru Ghar, without the need for recommendations or special connections. Notably, this program extends its benefits to members of the Hemkund Sahib Gurdwara Committee, Dharam Pracharaks, staff, and their families at the Chamoli facility of Arihant Hospital, eliminating the need for them to travel to major cities for medical treatments. This collaborative effort represents a significant step toward ensuring the well-being of those dedicated to serving the Sikh community.
