On the second day of Hariom Smiles' three-day spiritual program, marking its 8th Anniversary in Tricity, a multitude of devoted followers engaged in diverse spiritual and cultural activities under the guidance of the esteemed spiritual guru and life coach, Monica Singhal.

The day commenced with a divine bath and meditation at the break of dawn, creating a tranquil and spiritually charged atmosphere. Between 10 am and 1 pm, spiritual guru Monica Singhal graced the devotees with her wisdom by imparting various forms of deep meditation techniques for enhancing one's life. These sessions aimed to deepen the spiritual connection of the participants.

From 2 to 4 pm, the program shifted to cultural performances, adding a vibrant and artistic dimension to the event. During the divine bath, Saraswati Sadhana was conducted, with Monica Singhal emphasizing its significance. The practice of taking a divine bath during Brahma Muhrat was described as a path to achieving happiness in the realms of the body, mind, and wealth.

The afternoon segment featured a grand sadhana, where spiritual guru Monica Singhal shared a story with the attendees, emphasizing the importance of moral values and ethics within one's speech. She elucidated how adhering to these principles can awaken the inner guru within an individual. This session catered to a diverse audience, with participants ranging from 15 to 85 years of age, who were deeply inspired by the teachings and even joined in dancing with Guru Mata.

At the enchanting Chokhi Dhani, aptly named 'Alokik Vihar with Guru Parivar,' Gurumata Monica Singhal illuminated the seekers' lives with her profound insights. Furthermore, she provided guidance on overcoming fear, shedding karmic burdens, and alleviating the various afflictions that can affect the body, mind, and material well-being.

Looking ahead, Saturday promises a life-transforming session at Tagore Theater in Chandigarh, scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm, with free entry for all. This event will undoubtedly serve as another milestone in the spiritual journey of the devotees.

It is essential to note that Hariom Smiles has made significant contributions by providing free artificial limbs to thousands of individuals in approximately 18 states across India, all under the noble motto of 'No one is handicapped by body or mind.' The organization's initiative towards a disability-free India has led to the successful organization of 22 camps in various cities, spanning 18 days. This commendable effort reflects Hariom Smiles' commitment to fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society.
