ICC T20 World Cup: West Indies Win By 134 Runs Against Uganda
The West Indies won the toss and decided to bat first. This turned out to be the right decision, as the West Indies scored 173 runs at the end of their inning.
The West Indies registered a massive win over Uganda in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup, and there was one special performance that helped them achieve that. The spell from West Indies's Akeal Hosein was an all-timer, as he just ripped apart the batting lineup of Uganda. The turn he was getting was lethal, but he also made life difficult for Uganda with his drift, swing, and masterful control of the line and length.
In his spell of 4 overs, he took 5 massive wickets and destroyed the top order of Uganda by giving away just 11 runs. Uganda managed to register just 58 runs against Afghanistan last week, and that was their lowest-ever score in their history, but against the West Indies, they could not even surpass that and were all out at a score of 39.

Johnson Charles played a rather slower inning, as he only scored 44 runs after playing 42 balls, but his persistent batting allowed other batsmen to bat with more aggression.

West Indies is known for their power-hitting, but this time they played a very masterful inning as they played slowly when they needed to but also delivered massive sixes when the ball was in their slot. Rovman Powell hit a monstrous 107-meter six that was the biggest of the inning.
An interesting stat from the game was that the West Indies did not hit a six after the 14th over, but still, with the help of Russell and Sherfane Rutherford, they managed to end their inning strongly. In their last four overs, the West Indies managed to register 45 runs. Andre Russell scored 30 runs with an amazing strike rate of 176, and Sherfane Rutherford also added an important 22 runs in the tail end of their inning.
