International Vaish Mahasammelan Honored Chief Justice (Retd.) Ajay Kumar Mittal
Chandigarh: The International Vaishya Mahasammelan Punjab Pradesh/Chandigarh organized a musical reception and felicitation ceremony at the Law Bhawan auditorium, Sector 37, under the chairmanship of Satya Pal Jain, Additional Solicitor General of India. The event was graced by Chief Guest Ajay Kumar Mittal, Retired Chief Justice of Meghalaya and Madhya Pradesh High Court, and Praveen Bansal, Additional Chief Secretary of Delhi, who inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the lamps. Several dignitaries including Retired Justices and IAS officers were also present, and the program was conducted by State President Surendra Singla.
During the ceremony, the retired Chief Justice, Ajay Kumar Mittal, congratulated the children and emphasized the importance of honesty and hard work for success in life. Satpal Jain, Additional Solicitor General, encouraged the children to pursue higher education and take care of their families and society.
The event featured captivating performances by various artists who presented patriotic and religious songs. Additionally, the OP Jindal Award was bestowed upon accomplished individuals, including youth who cleared the UPSC 2022 exam, and the Agra Ratna Awards were presented to those who contributed significantly to national and social welfare.

Distinguished guests, including government officials and IAS officers, graced the occasion. Chandigarh in-charge SC Aggarwal and CS ML Aggarwal extended their gratitude to all the attendees. The event celebrated the achievements of young scholars and honored individuals for their notable contributions to society.
