Jr. NTR's "Devara" Confirms Fresh Release Date, Stirring Anticipation Among Enthusiasts
"Devara Part One" is the second collaboration between NTR Jr and Koratala Siva, following their successful partnership on the 2016 hit "Janatha Garage."
NTR Jr's much-anticipated film, "Devara Part One," directed by Koratala Siva, has encountered a shift in its release schedule. Initially slated for an April 5 debut, the film's release has now been postponed to October 10, 2024. The announcement was made by the actor himself via social media, accompanied by a new poster featuring him in what appears to be a wrestling arena, surrounded by spectators eagerly anticipating the film's arrival.

This project holds particular significance as it marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. Kapoor's character in the film is named Thangam, while Khan essays the role of Bhaira. The decision to split the film into two parts was justified by director Koratala Siva, who explained that the expansive canvas of the narrative, set against the backdrop of coastal India, necessitated a deeper exploration of characters and themes. The film's scope expanded significantly during production, prompting the creative team to opt for a two-part release strategy to fully realize the story's potential.
