Kitab Lovers Load The Box Book Fair At Lajpat Rai Bhawan: Over 10 lakh Books Showcased!

Chandigarh: The 9-day book fair commenced at Lajpat Rai Bhawan, Madhya Marg, Near Petrol Pump, Sector 15B, with great enthusiasm today. Organized by Kitab Lovers, the fair promises an array of books at affordable prices, featuring more than 10 lakh new and pre-loved books spanning 20+ genres.
One of the unique highlights of the event is the 'Load the Box' concept, where customers can purchase a box and fill it with as many books as it can hold. These boxes come in various price ranges, starting from Rs 1200 to Rs 3000. Additionally, visitors will find a separate section dedicated to Hindi books, offering over 500 titles. Furthermore, an exclusive section showcasing newly launched titles by selected writers from all over the country is also a part of the exhibition.
Rahul Pandey, the co-founder, and CEO of Kitab Lovers, expressed his delight in hosting the book fair in Chandigarh, marking their third event in the city. He emphasized the importance of reading books in the digital age, stating that the habit of reading has seen a significant decline due to the influence of the internet and social media. He urged more people, especially parents, to attend the fair, browse through the diverse collection of books on display, and rekindle their love for reading.
Vinay Jha, the Manager of Kitab Lover, shared the organization's vision since its establishment in 2019. Kitab Lovers has successfully conducted over 50 book fairs in 20 cities across India. Their ambitious 'Load the Box' campaign aims to make reading affordable and accessible to every Indian, fostering a nationwide love for reading. In addition to the vast selection of books, the fair also offers competitions, where winners have the opportunity to receive free book boxes and discount vouchers.
