Mamata Banerjee Returns Home After Hospital Treatment For Home Fall Injury

Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, recently suffered an injury to her forehead following a fall at her residence. After being hospitalized and receiving four stitches, she is reported to be in stable condition and is expected to recover soon.
The incident occurred while Mamata Banerjee was taking a walk within the premises of her Kalighat residence, although the exact cause of her fall remains unclear. Her nephew and Trinamul all-India general secretary, Abhishek Banerjee, accompanied her to the hospital and provided reassurance regarding her improving health.

This is not the first time Mamata Banerjee has faced physical setbacks. Prior to the 2021 Assembly polls, she fractured her leg while campaigning in Nandigram, which eventually led to her loss in the constituency.
Currently, Mamata Banerjee is expected to recuperate at her Kalighat residence for the next few days. Once fully recovered, she will resume her responsibilities, including leading the Trinamul Congress's Lok Sabha poll campaign.
Despite these challenges, Mamata Banerjee remains a prominent figure in West Bengal politics, known for her resilience and determination in facing adversities. Her supporters are hopeful for her swift recovery, anticipating her return to active political engagements in the near future.
