New Delhi Municipal Council Will Hold The Next Suvidha Camp At The NDCC Convention Centre On Saturday
Help desks of various departments will be available at this camp grievance redressal point to facilitate and redress grievances of service users, employees, RWAs, MTA and NDMC residents.
The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) organized its next Facilitation Camp on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the NDCC Convention Center from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm to provide information, convenience and grievance redressal to residents and service users of its Rakhi area , Jai Singh. Road (near Municipal Centre), New Delhi.
Help desks of various departments will be available at this camp grievance redressal point to facilitate and redress grievances of service users, employees, RWAs, MTA and NDMC residents.
Various departments of the New Delhi Municipal Council will also be part of this complex of facilities: - Civil Engineering-1 and 2, Electrical Engineering-1 and 2, Public Health, Architect and Environment, Commercial Engineering, Health Licensing, Real Estate -. 1 , Estate - II, Horticulture - North, Horticulture - South, Property Tax, Education, Fire Service, Accounts/Finance/Pensions, Enforcement - North, Enforcement - South, Human Resources, Welfare, Medical Services, Parking Management System , Head Security Office, EDB, Municipal Housing, Library, Vigilance and IT Department.

New connection/disconnection of electricity, increase/decrease in load, change/transfer of name, property tax, birth and death certificates, service issues for pensioners and retired NDMK employees, waterlogging, sewerage, garbage removal, road repairs in this village. Problems. like Grievances related to widow's pension, old age pension, disability pension, reservation of bart houses and parks and other services provided by NDMC will be considered/satisfied.
The relief camp is organized by the New Delhi Municipal Council on the first Saturday of every month at the NDMC Convention Centre, Jai Singh Road.
Apart from organizing these convenient camps, the municipal council has also launched 'Jan Suvidha Portal' as a contactless grievance redressal mechanism for residents and service users within the NDMC area. The link to this Jan Suvidha portal is available on the NDMC website (https://www.ndmc.gov.in/complaints.aspx). The Jan Suvidha portal can be used to register a complaint, track the status of that complaint and provide feedback on the grievance redressal mechanism.
