Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Chris Evans are collaborating for the first time to save Christmas by rescuing Santa Claus. The trailer for the much-awaited holiday film 'Red One' has dropped, and it has taken the internet by storm. The film is made under the banner of Amazon MGM Studios and is directed by Jake Kasdan.
Dwayne Johnson shared the trailer on his Instagram handle as well with the caption, "We both LOVE Christmas and took Christmas lore and Christmas legend, shook it up, and flipped it on its head. Just like we wanted to do to each other. Ladies and gentlemen, enjoy our new trailer for RED ONE and experience Christmas like never before. Only in theaters November 15th."

The trailer opens with Santa Claus, played by J.K. Simmons, working out in a gym. He has the Head of North Pole Security, played by Dwayne Johnson, as his training partner, but things turn for the worse when Santa Claus is kidnapped one night. This led to chaos breaking loose at the North Pole, and as a result, Dwayne Johnson had to rescue Santa Claus before Christmas.

To give shape to such an important mission, Dwayne Johnson teams up with O'Malley, who is also known as “the best tracker in the world.” The character of O’Malley is played by Chris Evans. In the trailer, Dwayne Johnson is very serious about rescuing Santa Claus, but the character of Chris Evans has a rather casual approach to the whole matter, resulting in tension between the characters and some perfectly executed comedy scenes for the audience.
Red One is set to hit theaters on November 15, and going by its trailer, the film will be a perfect blend of adventure, comedy, and over-the-top action. Red One will also look to make a huge impact on the box office as it features Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans sharing the big screen together for the first time. The trailer for Red One is also being perceived in a positive way, and only time will tell whether the film will sit right with critics and the audience alike.
