Benefits Of The Direct Disbursement Schemes Include Personal Accident Insurance
In fact, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana is a national mission. At the same time, all banking services including at least one basic bank account, financial literacy, credit, insurance and pensions should be available to all households. In addition, beneficiaries are provided with a RuPay debit card which includes a personal accident insurance cover of Rs. Most importantly, under this scheme, all government financial benefits (from central, state and local bodies) are disbursed to beneficiary accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Through this, the beneficiaries get 100% benefits of financial schemes directly into their bank accounts. It also helps fight corruption.
