Yogi Adityanath Initiates 'Commercial Plot Allotment Scheme' To Boost Greater Noida's Economic Growth And Development
This scheme, aimed at fostering economic and commercial activities in Greater Noida, is being overseen by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath-led government in Uttar Pradesh is actively working towards accelerating the industrial and economic development of the state, with a particular emphasis on Greater Noida. In a bid to align the pace of development with the provision of essential civic amenities, the government has introduced the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme.
This scheme, aimed at fostering economic and commercial activities in Greater Noida, is being overseen by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. As per Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision, the authority has opened applications for plot allocation through an e-auction process. The scheme encompasses plots ranging from 2313.47 to 12,000 square meters, providing a well-defined pathway for allocation.
The deadline for registration in this commercial plot allocation scheme is December 8, and the entire process will be conducted through the State Bank of India's (SBI) e-tendering portal. An essential aspect of the scheme is the earnest money deposit (EMD), which is set between Rs 2.19 crores to Rs 10.17 crores, depending on the plot.
A total of 22 plots in Greater Noida are available for allocation under the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme (FAR-4.0). These plots are strategically located in various sectors, including Delta-2, Alpha-2, Ecotech-12, Technozone-8, Sector 12, and Sector 10, ranging from 2313.47 to 12,000 square meters.
In tandem with these efforts, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority is gearing up for a comprehensive survey in the villages of Greater Noida. This "door-to-door survey" initiative involves the engagement of a consultant agency for a land audit and survey. The agency will be tasked with collecting information through door-to-door visits, digitizing boundaries, conducting aerial drone surveys, and compiling and reporting the acquired data. This proactive approach demonstrates the government's commitment to holistic development by integrating both urban and rural areas into its vision for progress.
The consultant agency will operate on a one-year contract and play a pivotal role in streamlining the data collection process, ensuring accurate mapping, and providing valuable insights for future developmental initiatives. This multi-faceted strategy underscores the government's dedication to fostering inclusive and sustainable growth in Uttar Pradesh.
